Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Each Katamama piece is handmade by our artisans therefore no two pieces are exactly the same. We believe this is what makes our pieces so beautiful and special as each Katamama piece has its own unique personality.

Change your mind: If you are unhappy for whatever reason with any item you have received, we are happy to offer you a refund for the cost of the item or an exchange for another item (excluding delivery costs).

Please notify us hello@katamama.co.nz within 14 days of receiving your goods.

All returns and exchanges must be accompanied with the original sales receipt and must be returned in original, unused, unaltered, undamaged and in sellable condition.

Damaged in transit: If you receive items that have been damaged in transit from us to you, we are happy to offer you a refund for the cost of the item or an exchange for another item including delivery costs for New Zealand addresses / excluding delivery costs for international addresses.

Please notify us hello@katamama.co.nz within 14 days of receiving your goods.

We will not accept an item for a 'Change your mind' refund or exchange that has been altered, damaged and is in unsellable condition. All refunds will be processed once the item/s have been received and checked by us. Your refund payment will be paid in the same manner as your original payment.
